Job Description

We are seeking a Sr. Business Development Specialist (Sales Recruiter), with high level networking experience in the Real Estate Industry. The ideal candidate will offer a value proposition that helps our referral partners grow their businesses long term. The Specialist’ goal is to identify quality referral candidates and maintain the relationship to help Loan Officers capture mortgage transactions.

 

Requirements

Expectations:

  • Source real estate candidates from databases, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
  • Make at least 30 calls per day to create consistency in contacts.
  • Conduct face to face meetings with candidates & our sales leaders.
  • Invite candidates to AND attend industry and company events.
  • Document follow-up with candidates consistently in CRM and Encompass.
  • Perform job and task analysis with our CRM to track job duties.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using MMI, Industry databases, Attending networking events, Real Estate Org sponsorships, social media etc.
  • Assist with developing a value proposition to help the referral partner benefit from Neighborhood Loans’ marketing and sponsorship offerings.
  • Reach out to contact lists of applicable referral partners.

 

Qualifications

 

  • At least 2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Professional.
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
