Jeremy Rodriguez is a Mortgage Loan Originator supporting homebuyers throughout Wisconsin, with his team based in Chicago (Irving). While this marks the start of his career in loan origination, Jeremy brings over six years of experience in recruiting and relationship-building through HR and talent development. His path into real estate was shaped by a lifelong interest in the industry, inspired by growing up watching HGTV and learning from his mother’s passion for interior design. After years of helping people navigate career decisions and life changes, Jeremy recognized that real estate was where his skill set — communication, follow-through, and trust-building — would have the greatest impact. Encouraged by his cousins Justin and Angel, he chose loan origination as the ideal balance of long-term success and work-life alignment, and is excited to build something meaningful alongside family. Jeremy approaches his role with one core belief: he’s a human first, and a loan officer second. He takes pride in simplifying the homebuying process, listening to understand, and making sure his clients feel confident and supported from start to finish. His professional background includes mentoring recruiting professionals, leading HR initiatives to improve candidate experience, and contributing to the growth of a top-performing delivery center at TEKsystems in Milwaukee. Grounded in faith and driven by family, Jeremy is motivated to serve others with integrity while helping families achieve more than just homeownership — but peace of mind. The most rewarding part of his work is hearing the joy in a client’s voice when they receive their keys, a moment that reinforces his commitment to consistency, patience, and doing the right thing every step of the way.

Our five-step mortgage process starts by applying online and getting pre-approved within 24 hours. This will require you to provide us some basic financial and personal information. We will take that information and get back to you with a pre-approval letter.
Getting pre-approved determines how much we are willing to lend, allowing you to shop for homes with confidence. Sellers will take your offer more seriously when you have a pre-approval from a lender. With this complete, you can now start your home search.
Finding the right home takes time, there are many things you need to look for and work out with the sellers. Once you find the home you would like to purchase, make and offer, and come to an agreement with the seller, we will submit your loan to our processing team.
This may seem far from simple for people, but Neighborhood Loans has you covered! The mortgage loan processor is the link between your loan officer and underwriter. We collect and verify all the documents necessary to prepare your loan. This is arguably the most important part of the loan process.
After you’re cleared-to-close, we will schedule your closing and fund the loan on the day that is most convenient for you. After the final documents are signed, you will be given the keys to your new home! We look forward to helping you through our home buying process.
