I have been in the mortgage/banking field for over 15 years with an extensive background in various positions throughout. One of my passions is working with and helping people achieve financial goals. Purchasing a home is usually the biggest transaction of your life and you need someone who is educated and motivated to help from start to finish. Communication has always been my strong suit. And I’m just talking about weekly status updates. That is a very crucial part of the process, but I consider a given as a loan officer. I’m mainly talking about the ability to listen and engage in conversations with you and understanding your financial needs. This applies to ALL aspects of the loan process and making sure all options are explained and understood. Along with our team here at Neighborhood Loans, I am also involved with Chamber of Commerce, networking groups, and a business affiliate with the Central Arizona Board of Realtors (CAAR). I’m also a board member of CAAR. Combining all of this has allowed me to rank in the top 1% nationally of all loan officers for the past several years. Our five-step mortgage process starts by applying online and getting pre-approved within 24 hours. This will require you to provide us some basic financial and personal information. We will take that information and get back to you with a pre-approval letter.


Getting pre-approved determines how much we are willing to lend, allowing you to shop for homes with confidence. Sellers will take your offer more seriously when you have a pre-approval from a lender. With this complete, you can now start your home search.


Finding the right home takes time, there are many things you need to look for and work out with the sellers. Once you find the home you would like to purchase, make and offer, and come to an agreement with the seller, we will submit your loan to our processing team.


This may seem far from simple for people, but Neighborhood Loans has you covered! The mortgage loan processor is the link between your loan officer and underwriter. We collect and verify all the documents necessary to prepare your loan. This is arguably the most important part of the loan process.


After you’re cleared-to-close, we will schedule your closing and fund the loan on the day that is most convenient for you. After the final documents are signed, you will be given the keys to your new home! We look forward to helping you through our home buying process.
