New Customers

Congratulations on your new loan!  The loan origination process has been completed and now you might have questions about the servicing of your loan.

We are prepared to help you obtain the correct answers to your questions by calling 800-260-1608 or emailing your request to [email protected] .

First Loan Payments:  Call us to process a free phone payment or email us and we will email you a 24-hour free payment link.  Each month on the 18^th, our team will mail out your loan statement if you prefer to mail your payment to Neighborhood Loans.

Notice of Servicing Transfer:  In the event you receive a Notice of Servicing Transfer from us or receive a servicing transfer notice from another company then we will answer any questions you may have.

Additional Servicing Questions:  Call us Monday through Friday between the hours of 9:00AM to 5:00PM CT if you have any additional servicing questions.  We are here to help you.
