Happy Thanksgiving! We would like to wish everyone a happy holiday! This year has been a rollercoaster but there are many things you can do to make sure your home, family, and those around you during this time are safe.

Cook with Safety – Unfortunately, there are plenty of accidents that can happen in the kitchen, and while it makes for a great story the next year – nobody wants a trip to the emergency room or a visit from the fire department on a holiday. Always use your best judgment to keep your home, yourself, and those around you safe.

Lock Your Doors – If you plan on traveling to a relative or friend’s house this Thanksgiving, make sure you lock the doors behind you. Statistically, break-ins increased during the holidays and you can never be too careful.

Wash your Hands – Not only have we been battling a worldwide virus, but cold and flu season is right around the corner. To help keep you, your family, and those around you healthy – wash your hands when you arrive, before and after you eat, and when you get home. While it may be nice to see a distant relative, it could be best to skip handshakes or hugs this year for extra precaution.
