Isabella is a results-driven Mortgage Loan Officer who strives to make the home-buying process seamless and enjoyable for her clients. Within the first few months at Neighborhood Loans, Isabella developed a new concierge role for the sales teams and spearheaded the implementation of the industry’s new leading CRM system. With this, she brought automation, efficiency, and personalization to the company’s loan process and client experience. This is not news for Isabella as she is constantly transforming her business and implementing the most effective ways to interact with buyers. This allows her to provide the highest level of customer service and maintain long-lasting professional relationships. She is motivated by her clients’ complete satisfaction and trust in her because at the end of the day, she knows it is a privilege to serve them. For Isabella, there is no unique scenario she is not willing to take on as she firmly believes that homeownership is for everyone. Isabella grew up with her family in the western suburbs and is a proud alum of the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. Her studies in business coupled with her local expertise in the western suburbs have influenced the way she approaches sales in the Chicagoland market. When Isabella has free time, she embraces an active lifestyle, enjoys traveling to warmer climates, and being a foodie in the city.

Our five-step mortgage process starts by applying online and getting pre-approved within 24 hours. This will require you to provide us some basic financial and personal information. We will take that information and get back to you with a pre-approval letter.

Getting pre-approved determines how much we are willing to lend, allowing you to shop for homes with confidence. Sellers will take your offer more seriously when you have a pre-approval from a lender. With this complete, you can now start your home search.

Finding the right home takes time, there are many things you need to look for and work out with the sellers. Once you find the home you would like to purchase, make and offer, and come to an agreement with the seller, we will submit your loan to our processing team.

This may seem far from simple for people, but Neighborhood Loans has you covered! The mortgage loan processor is the link between your loan officer and underwriter. We collect and verify all the documents necessary to prepare your loan. This is arguably the most important part of the loan process.

After you’re cleared-to-close, we will schedule your closing and fund the loan on the day that is most convenient for you. After the final documents are signed, you will be given the keys to your new home! We look forward to helping you through our home buying process.
