He is dedicated and honest in coaching his clients to the path of homeownership. Heath is a 2003 Bowling Green State University graduate with a degree in marketing and finance. Out of college Heath worked in the investment housing market buying, selling, and building a rental portfolio of over 50 houses. He enjoys strategizing and building wealth for his clients in the real estate sector. He also enjoys working in the investment/vacation short term rental market. He strives for customer satisfaction by implementing business models and technology to provide the best customer experience. He is currently a Superhost on Airbnb and provides great insight for clients wanting to gain generational wealth in the short-term rental market. When Heath is not in the office, he loves spending time with his family and friends. Hunting, fishing, and boating are just a few of his favorite hobbies. He is blessed to have a wonderful high school sweetheart wife, Breanna. They have been married for 21 years and have two wonderful children, Cole 15 and Addison 13. Cole loves being outdoors at the farm when he is not on the ice playing hockey. Addison is a social butterfly enjoying spending time with her friends when she is not in the gym playing volleyball and cheerleading. The family loves animals, which explains their zoo of 3 dogs and 4 cats. Costa, Revo, Oak, Sophie, Gloria, Waffles, and Whiskers."

Our five-step mortgage process starts by applying online and getting pre-approved within 24 hours. This will require you to provide us some basic financial and personal information. We will take that information and get back to you with a pre-approval letter.

Getting pre-approved determines how much we are willing to lend, allowing you to shop for homes with confidence. Sellers will take your offer more seriously when you have a pre-approval from a lender. With this complete, you can now start your home search.

Finding the right home takes time, there are many things you need to look for and work out with the sellers. Once you find the home you would like to purchase, make and offer, and come to an agreement with the seller, we will submit your loan to our processing team.

This may seem far from simple for people, but Neighborhood Loans has you covered! The mortgage loan processor is the link between your loan officer and underwriter. We collect and verify all the documents necessary to prepare your loan. This is arguably the most important part of the loan process.

After you’re cleared-to-close, we will schedule your closing and fund the loan on the day that is most convenient for you. After the final documents are signed, you will be given the keys to your new home! We look forward to helping you through our home buying process.
